Use it 2 to 6 times a day until the nose is unblocked, or as long as your doctor recommends. Sterimar Congestion Relief can be used on its own or with other nasal medication based on the advice of a doctor. Release the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle. Keeping the head straight, insert the nozzle into the nostril. Spray once or twice into each nostril. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose. Clean the nozzle with soapy water, rinse and dry. The pack contains 1 can (dispensing approximately 300 sprays).
