What does chamomile ashwagandha and lavender tea taste like?
This tea has a camphor like taste with a very mild bitter note of ashwagandha. You can add honey / lemon to the tea as well.
How should I prepare this tea?


Prepare a chamomile ashwagandha and lavender tea to reap its benefits.
Add 1 tbsp of ashwagandha, chamomile and lavender loose leaf to your teapot and slowly pour boiling water over it. Leave it to steep for 3 – 5 minutes. Pour into your cup. Add honey if you would like it sweet. You can also add a slice of lemon.
For a cold brew: Prepare the tea as above, add to a glass pitcher cover and store in the fridge overnight. Add ice if you’d like.
How much tea should I drink per day?
There haven’t been any studies done on the maximum quantity of this tea that can be drunk in a day but it is best to use an educated guess. 1 – 2 cups of tea a day should be reasonable.

Store this tea in a cool, dark cupboard away from direct sunlight or heat (such as your stove) or humidity in an airtight container. This tea comes in a resealable air-tight bag.
