HIGH QUALITY, HIGH DOSAGE. Our bromelain is obtained from pineapple extract. Each capsule contains 500 mg of bromelain, for a daily intake of 1000 mg (2 capsules).

HOW TO USE. The positive effect is obtained by taking 2 capsules a day with water. Each pack contains 180 capsules, providing a 3-month supply. It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day with plenty of water — with meals for digestive support or on an empty stomach for drainage support. Our highly concentrated bromelain formulation delivers 500 mg per capsule.
