This mushroom matcha blend for a latte is perfect if you are looking to improve your focus in the morning. Matcha has both caffeine and L-theanine which allows the effects of caffeine to last longer in a balanced way. Lion’s mane has traditionally been used to improve focus.Ashwagandha is thought to help us relax and focus better. I also added Moringa to this mix which is nutrient dense – it is iron rich which can combat fatigue and boost your energy. Overall, this blend is great to get the day started at your very best 🙂

What does this mushroom matcha latte taste like?
This mushroom matcha latte has a grass like spinachy bitter flavour. Make as an iced matcha latte with milk for the best flavour. Please note, there’s no sugar in this blend unlike other blends – I’ve kept it this way so that it can be a healthier blend. Feel free to add your choice of sweetener if you prefer it sweet.
How should I prepare this mushroom matcha latte?


Prepare a mushroom matcha latte for focus
To prepare this iced mushroom matcha latte, add 2/3 tsp (3g) of the blend to your cup/bowl. Add 30ml hot water at about 80 degrees Celsius and whisk quickly. If you do not have a bamboo whisk, use a hand frother or immersion blender. You can also use a normal blender. In a glass, add ice and oat or coconut milk. (You can use any other milk but I find these have a natural sweetness).Pour over your whisked matcha.Enjoy!
How much mushroom matcha latte should I drink per day?
Drink only 1 cup of mushroom matcha latte per day. Start with 2/3 tsp to get your body used to the matcha. Matcha has caffeine so use accordingly.
How to store this mushroom powder?
Store this mushroom tea powder in a cool, dark cupboard away from direct sunlight or heat (such as your stove) or humidity in an airtight container. This mushroom powder comes in a resealable air-tight bag.
