DESCRIPTION Organic chlorella is a type of dark green, single-celled spherical microalgae. This freshwater algae available in powdered form is obtained from the highest quality algae from controlled crops. The dark green color and name comes from chlorophyll – a natural dye. It is distinguished by a very high content of fiber and wholesome plant protein. Chlorella cell walls are broken during product preparation. Chlorella is characterized by a very hard outer cell wall. There is a lack of cellulase enzyme in the human digestive tract, which is why the proper product preparation is so important. A special process was developed during production, in which the cell walls are completely broken without destroying the nutritional value of chlorella.
RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION Approx. 5 g chlorella (small spoon) daily. Drink with plenty of water. It can also be added to kefirs, yoghurts, juices, and also used as an ingredient in pasta, sauces or homemade cookies.
