How we get our start?
All good stories start… in a garage! Our GIMBER story started out exactly that way, in the garage of our own Willy Wonka, Dimitri. After hitting a rough patch in his life, he decided to invest his last bit of money in a ginger press juicer, from which he produced the first 25 bottles. And the rest is history…

Our founder, Dimitri, speaks Dutch, French and English at home. So, put together “gember”, “gingembre” and “ginger” in a blender and out comes GIMBER!

Made of organic and high-quality ginger, lemons, cane sugar, herbs and spices, creating a powerful and tasteful drink.
Brut
Brut is made of 41% ginger, water, lemon, cane sugar, herbs, yuzu, creating a ginger concentrate with 50% less sugar.
Sweet Lily
Sweet Lily is made of passion fruit, juicy pineapple, turmeric and the kick of ginger (33%) bring summer to your glass.
