Our Story

Hirsch began in Spring 2018 when founder Kristina, inspired by the birth of her son, searched for the most nutritious foods. Her research showed how organ meats once central to the human diet had been replaced by industrial foods lacking value. Finding no British-sourced organic organ meat supplements available, she set out to create them herself — and so Hirsch was born.
