Looking for a moment of calm in the chaos of the world? A wonderfully refreshing herbal tea that tastes good hot or cold.
Cup Characteristics: Sweet but gently spiced, complex but soothing character.
Ingredients: Fennel, chamomile blossoms, orange peel, apple pieces, cinnamon pieces, ginger pieces, silver linden blossoms, stinging nettle leaves, wild strawberry leaves, orange blossoms, cloves.
Hot tea brewing method: Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of herbal tea per cup (and add 1 teaspoon for the pot) into the teapot. Pour boiling water into the pot and let it steep for 5-7 minutes (or longer – the longer the steeping time, the more intense the flavour becomes). Pour into your cup and drink. Do not add milk – the milk will curdle due to the ingredients in this blend.
Chamomile is used to naturally aid: Bloat, digestion, menstrual cramps, IBS, gastric and ulcerate colitis. It is also known for its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties.
Almost a wonder plant in its own right, but blended with ingredients like fennel, cinnamon and ginger and you have a cuppa that smells great, tastes amazing and does you good.
