WHAT IS LIONS MANE – Lions mane mushroom also known as Hericium erinaceus is a very popular food supplement and has been used for many hundreds of years. We use a high strength 15:1 extract of lion’s mane which provides 50% Polysaccharides compared to other brands of lion’s mane supplement which provides a lower dosage, we have also added the eqv of 10mg of black pepper to help product absorbance.
