Nytol Herbal Tablets contain a blend of natural herbs to soothe and so aid restful sleep. It is ideal for you if you’re suffering from sleeplessness and you’d prefer to try a herbal remedy. The tablets contain extracts of 3 natural active ingredients. Hops are used as a sedative and to induce sleep. Valerian has been used for decades to induce sleep and promote calmness. Passion flower has traditionally been used to soothe and induce sleep. Nytol Herbal Tablets are a traditional herbal medicinal product for use in the temporary relief of sleep disturbances exclusively based upon long-standing use as a traditional remedy.Ingredients: Each film-coated tablet contains: 34 mg of extract (as dry extract) from hop strobile (Humulus Lupulus L) (4-6:1), extraction solvent: Ethanol 70% (v/v), 30.8mg of extract (as dry extract) from Valerian root (Valeriana Officinalis L) (4:1), extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% (v/v), 15.2 mg of extract (as dry extract) of passion flower herb (Passiflora Incarnata L) (5-7:1), extraction solvent: Ethanol 50% (v/v), also contains glucose. Safety Warning: Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Swallow 2 tablets with water 1 hour before you go to bed. Do not take more than the recommended dose. Do not take extra tablets if you wake up in the night. Do not exceed the stated dose. If affected, do not drive or operate machinery. Not recommended in early pregnancy or when breastfeeding.
