What type of maca is it, and where does it come from?

We work with the species Lepidium meyenii from Peru, known as Maca. Within this species there are different colours depending on the external colour of the root, in our case it is yellow maca.

What is the recommended daily dosage?

You should take 1 capsule per day because it is a concentrated extract (each capsule contains the equivalent of 4000 mg of Maca root per capsule). We recommend taking it preferably with a meal if you have a sensitive stomach.

Is it necessary to take breaks?

Yes, it is advisable to take breaks. For example, take it in periods of 12-16 weeks, and then take a break of 2-3 weeks. Another alternative is to take a one-week break every 3 weeks, and a slightly longer break every 3 months.
