We founded Vegavero in 2014 in Berlin based on the idea to offer high-quality nutritional supplements at fair prices. PREMIUM ASTAXANTHIN

We use the purely natural and pollutant-free brand raw material AstaZine. This is obtained from the microalgae Haematococcus pluvialis, which is cultivated in sustainable glass bioreactors under sunlight. A special, Novel-Food registered CO2 extraction process produces a particularly pure, high-quality, and safe astaxanthin oil, which can be absorbed particularly well by the body.

Each capsule provides 8 mg of astaxanthin. This is the safe maximum for daily intake. Higher dosages are not safe and not permitted according to EU guidelines. Nevertheless, many brands sell capsules with, for example, 12 mg of astaxanthin. This is not only potentially dangerous but also unnecessary, as most scientific studies have been carried out with a maximum of 8 mg astaxanthin per day.

As always, our product is vegan, laboratory-tested, GMO-free, and free from artificial additives.

Astaxanthin is a carotenoid with powerful antioxidant properties. Being an antioxidant, astaxanthin is said to have many health benefits.

GOOD TO KNOW

The pinkish or red colour seen in salmon, flamingos, and crustaceans such as shrimp is due to the consumption of the astaxanthin-producing algae Haematococcus pluvialisis.

Certain nutrients can be found in more bioavailable forms in oils, making them better absorbed by the body compared to when they are consumed in powder form. To preserve the high-quality of our oils, we use GreenCaps- 100% vegan and more stable than standard soft gel capsules. Vegavero Vegan Oils- natural oils in vegan capsules, without gelatine.

Our bronze supplement is a natural antioxidant mix designed to help protecting the skin from sun-induced damage. Astaxanthin is a natural carotenoid, similar to lutein and zeaxanthin which are found in our Vision Care Complex for the eyes.
