vegavero Who are we?

We founded Vegavero in 2014 in Berlin based on the idea to offer high-quality nutritional supplements at fair prices. At that time, we had become very interested in the topics of health, well-being, nutrition and exercise. We came to learn that the quality of products we were looking for just weren’t available. YOU EAT THE HEART, WE TAKE THE LEAVES

In contrast to artichoke hearts, the leaves are quite tough, which is why they are not usually consumed. However, artichoke leaves contain a variety of phytonutrients. For our product, we use a high-dose artichoke leaf extract (20:1) from controlled organic farming in France. This allows for a high concentration of bioactive components, including cynarin, which makes up 2.5% of our extract, providing 50 mg per daily portion. Our product is free from additives such as microcrystalline cellulose or magnesium stearate, free from genetic engineering, laboratory-tested, and suitable for vegans.

EXTRACT VS POWDER

While others use powders, our product contains an extract, intensifying the concentration of bioactive substances that are beneficial for your health. This not only boosts effectiveness but also allows us to fit more into each capsule.

To determine the content of a capsule, multiply the extract amount in milligrams by its concentration ratio. For example, in a 15:1 extract, you would multiply 15 by the amount of extract in mg listed on the label. This calculation provides you with the plant power equivalent.

In our organic artichoke, we have 2000mg of a 20:1 extract, corresponding to 40,000mg of organic artichoke.
