Evening Primrose Oil is a plant native to Europe and North America that has an extensive history, being used largely for traditional medicine. It has a large concentration of an Omega 6 fatty acid known as gamma-linoleic acid (GLA), an acid responsible for aiding the body in regulating hormones and upkeeping healthy nerve function. Our evening primrose capsules contain 90mg of GLA and are prepared without heat or oxygen so that all their important properties are retained.
Food supplements must not replace a varied diet. If you are taking prescribed medication, or have any medical conditions, please consult your doctor before taking food supplements. Should not be taken by epileptics except on the advice of a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Store below 25°C in a dry place, out of sight and reach of children.

MENOPAUSE SUPPLEMENTS: Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) in an essential omega 6 fatty acid that is found in plant oils and obtained from everyday diet. It is known for aiding the body by regulating hormones and upkeeping healthy nerve function. It is commonly used by women during their menstrual cycle to reduce PMS symptoms or for perimenopause and menopause.
INGREDIENTS: Evening Primrose Oil, Capsule Shell: (Gelatin, Glycerin). Not suitable for Vegetarian or Vegan diet. It is however gluten free and has no artificial flavours, colours & preservatives!
