What does this tea blend taste like?
This tea has a bitter warming gingery taste, perfect for winter. You can add honey / lemon to the tea as well.
How to prepare this tea?

Add 1 tbsp of turmeric ginger & black pepper loose leaf to your teapot and slowly pour boiling water over it. Leave it to steep for 1-2 minutes. Pour into your cup. Add honey if you would like it sweet. You can also add a slice of lemon. For a cold brew: Prepare the tea as above, add to a glass pitcher cover and store in the fridge overnight. Add ice if you’d like. When you prepare this tea, you’ll see a small residue of turmeric and ginger powder at the bottom of your cup. This is simply powder from the tea that may have seeped through. I like to add a bit of warm water to this and drink it up for an added health kick.
How much turmeric ginger & black pepper tea should I drink per day?
There haven’t been any studies done on the maximum quantity of this tea that can be drunk in a day but it is best to use an educated guess. 1 – 2 cups of tea a day should be reasonable.
How to store this tea blend?
Store this tea in a cool, dark cupboard away from direct sunlight or heat (such as your stove) or humidity in an airtight container. This tea comes in a resealable air-tight bag.
