Daily Essentials is a multivitamin & mineral formula with 16 essential ingredients that contribute to health and wellness. Daily Essentials uses the coenzyme vitamins B2, B6, B12 and folic acid in the form of Riboflavin 5′-Phosphate, Pyridoxal 5′-Phosphate, Methylcobalamin and Methyl Folate (L-5-MTHF) and the chelated minerals Zinc Picolinate, Chromium Picolinate and L-Selenomethionine which are much better absorbed by the body compared to regular forms of these ingredients. We also do not include copper and iron as these minerals are not always needed in addition to that found in the diet and excess amounts of these two ingredients can causes toxicity. In addition to the high quality vitamins and minerals we include 3mg of BioPerine, a patented black pepper extract which contains the active compound piperine. Piperine helps to further improve absorption and utilisation of nutrients in the body.
