Red Clover Complex is an advanced formula for women which provides Red Clover (Trifolium pratense) extract standardised to provide 40 mg of isoflavones per daily dose, plus Sage, Siberian Ginseng and Licorice. Red Clover has been used in traditional medicine in Europe, Asia and America for many generations in both topical and internal preparations. It is often chosen in products to support women due to its rich concentration of Isoflavones, which belong to a group of compounds known as phytoestrogens. Sage does have a long history of culinary and medicinal uses. It was mentioned in John Gerrards 1597 ‘Herball’ but its reputation actually dates back to the middles ages with many sayings referring to its medicinal values.
