How long do the balms last?

Each 5g balm lasts up to 6 – 8 weeks with regular use.

How often should I apply the balm?

As often as needed, remembering that the act of stopping, breathing and resetting is just as important as the application of the balm.

This depends on the product and skin type. As a general guide, they tend to last 1-3 hours on the skin.

Our Sleep Well Body oil is 100% vegan. Our candles and balms contain a very small amount of beeswax so we cannot class them as vegan.
